Why You Should Take This Assessment

Cancer is a complex disease that can start in any part of your body and spread elsewhere. Despite years of research, theprecise cause of most cancers is not known, although there are usually many contributing factors. Making certain lifestyle choices,therefore, can go a long way toward preventing cancer. While changing habits is no guarantee that you won't get cancer, itcan reduce your risk. Some of these same lifestyle changes, such as stopping smoking, can also help prevent heart disease and stroke, maximize your overallhealth, and possibly improve your quality of life.
